How it works: The company identifies the criteria they want to assess their people against which is used to develop a relevant 360 template. The candidate nominates observers, usually 8-12 including boss, peers and subordinates. The forms are completed online and an anonymised report is generated. A consultant supports the candidate in interpreting the results and helps them to create a development action plan.
