Business coaching is sometimes called executive coaching but it is different to life coaching as although our coaches can support individuals with life decisions, they always have a firm focus on delivering business value as well.  As a result, Advance Change places a firm emphasis on coaching metrics and works with each coaching client at the end of a programme to report back on the results and value of that partnership.
