Our coaches have been through a rigorous selection process to ensure that their skills and values enable us to provide the highest quality to the end client. When taking on new coaches, we start with a recommendation from a credible source. If they meet the selection criteria, this is followed by an interview and then finally both an individual and organisational reference for their coaching results.
Selection criteria
- Senior level business experience
- A recognised and reputable coaching qualification
- Membership of a coaching body
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- At least one psychometric
- Evidence of a minimum of three years coaching experience
- Two character references
