Quality

Our coaches have been through a rigorous selection process to ensure that their skills and values enable us to provide the highest quality to the end client. When taking on new coaches, we start with a recommendation from a credible source.  If they meet the selection criteria, this is followed by an interview and then finally both an individual and organisational reference for their coaching results.

Selection criteria

  • Senior level business experience
  • A recognised and reputable coaching qualification
  • Membership of a coaching body
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • At least one psychometric
  • Evidence of a minimum of three years coaching experience
  • Two character references
