Responsiveness

Advance Change Coaching has an existing coaching bench of 12 tried and tested senior level coaches who offer a wide geographic spread within the UK. They are able to connect coaches with clients within 24 hours of notification of selection. Contact between coach and client is attempted within 72 hours and if the client diary permits, meetings can be scheduled within two to three weeks. Our existing pool of 12 coaches can comfortably provide active coaching relationships with up to 120 delegates at any one time.  We have additional coaches in reserve who can be brought on board as required.
