How it works: All of our development programmes are available to run in-house by aspirational facilitators and trainers. The one-day training programmes are designed to build upon each other, giving you the opportunity to stagger and build on the learning goals.

The training sessions are suitable for between four and 12 participants and are run on site or at a location of your choice which offers you convenience and minimum downtime.  Our consultative approach enables you to be more strategic about planning your training and maximises your spend giving you access to corporate quality development and effectively enabling you to train three people for the price of sending one off-site.  Training programmes include full materials and workbooks which can be company branded, allowing you to position this as in-house development if desired.
